The WiFi was stable, and the winter rates were appreciated. The road noise is distracting but is acceptable if one closes up at night. Their pet policy holds owners accountable which is a big plus or us. Many use this as their destination park for the winter but we enjoy it for the last and first stop when entering and exiting Mexico for the winter. We will stay there again.

We went there but did not stay. Self serve, you throw your money in a vacant building, Huge dead trees, three, ready to topple in the high winds we were experiencing. Two abandoned trailers on site and one entrance would level your roof of vents and air conditioners if you chose that drive. This is a Camp Club USA park but it is typical of a Passport USA club campground. This campground discredits CCUSA. There is a city campground across the street, which is unkempt but would be much safer. We drove through but did not stay here either. Avoid Avoca, IA. WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS PARK.

We have stayed here before but ownership has changed. I had to force them to honor the $22.00 rate advertised. They tried to charge me $32.00 claiming that the directories were wrong. mostly seasonals (90%). I saw two rvs enter and leave without staying. I will follow suit next trip through. This is a dump and declining daily, it has been purchased by a out of state firm? I won't stay here again.

Camping Club memberships are worthless here unless you want only elec. 30Amp (this is their standard category) We damaged our stainless rock guard, but eventually got in the site and it was quite after the music shut down. This is a great site for kids and they were certainly having a blast. It was a pleasure to watch them. This is not for a mature audience. We went there to take advantage of CC membership- big mistake! If you have grand kids or small children this is the place to be but not if you are going for the benefits of CC. The Wi-Fi was good. It is Extremely hilly and their advertised stream is about the size of the one I see each morning when I awake. Each day we saw many Campgrounds we would have preferred, do your homework when traveling to Estes Park.

Noisy, unkempt, did I mention horrible traffic noise. Not to worry, it will be gone by next year as the place is up for sale and the commercial expansion in the area will probably swallow it up quickly, just as Tinley Park was. The Casino down the road had a fire in March/April? and it is no longer open. There are virtually no choices in the Chicago area to park and visit family there.

YIKES!!! $39.00 "Keep On Adding"! We were in a bind and had no other choice. We always avoid KOAs because the price is outrageous but this was just too much especially for the location. Typical KoA, 40 minutes to check in as new hosts were being trained but, they were pleasant. I should have parked on the street! I will next time.

We stayed here for price only. We will pass next time. It reminded me of a KOA at 1/3 the price. There are many seasonals there, but it was quiet.

Bare Bones with no trees, which is what we like, and there are no obstructions for our essential Internet connection. Seasonal workers everywhere but were very considerate when leaving and arriving. Great Campground if you need full power and no trees. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts were a pleasure and very efficient.

Great overnight park one half miles from I-80. Immaculately maintained! Very quite if you stay closed up, some road noise if opened up. Nice walks and easy access. Would definitely stay here again. $17 + $4 (day permit) for 50Amp service

Horrible entrance, we had to twist over curb, then squeeze between buildings and finally devise a strategy to get into narrow spaces so we could open the slides. (We have a 40’ MH) They claim they are the least expensive in town? Quiet enough but will never stay here again. There are several seasonals here. I believe this is the old Budget Inn and RV Park.

My 8 rating is due to easy in and out, flawless wi-fi, happily accepts Passport (no resentment), level sites and very friendly staff. The dust is not pleasant but it is New Mexico after all.

Good overnite park with excellent WiFi (we were next to the office), could not pull thru due to trees which would not allow us to keep the car hooked-up when leaving. Caution: there is evidence in the upper branches (bark peeled from 2" diameter limbs) that someone did not have a good day when they left. Nicely maintained grounds. Road noise was tolerable considering the location and would stay here again.

We were in a 40' MH and there was a 18" elevation from the front to rear jacks in the two spots we were assigned. The auto-leveling system would not override the terrain conditions. The sewer would only accept a half open valve setting, and still overflowed. Low Overhanging branches are a hazard to the antennas. We left without getting our money back-I would have paid another $14.00 just to leave. This is a good park for popups and small units, not for a forty foot Motorhome if you value your windshields, paint and antennas. This is a typical Passport park which is nicely suited for families in small units. Enter at your own peril.

The great location, stable electric, level sites and flawless wi-fi performance is the reason for the 8 rating. Rain could definitely change everything because the roads showed evidence of serious mud problems during rainy periods. The campground had numerous tent campers but can accommodate any size rig. My suggestions: do not camp here when it is raining and take an extra length of water hose. We would definitely stay here again to visit Palo Duro Canyon. Our unit is 40 feet long.

By Mexican standards, we rate this very highly. It varies from one end of the park to another. Near the road it is noisy, especially on weekends. Water pressure and electric stability vary with the site. Ours is excellent, and we are in a 40' MH using both air-conditioners. Our electric is 30 amp with a 40 amp breaker, but that also varies with the site. Some are 15 amp with weak breakers. The pool is clean, but not heated. There is an on-site laundromat, storage units, and a motel. The park is fenced and has a night watchman at the gate. The WiFi is free and can be reached from all parts of the park with an outside antennae. The park is across the street from the beach.

Our site was not level and our front wheels were off the ground and our bottom step was 20" from the ground. Although the campground was almost empty we were were not allowed to extend two week rate for three extra days for week rate. Spas not opened, or closed early. Machines in laundry not repaired for days. Trash only picked up once a week. Exercise room not opened on time. Tengo internet not working again and could not get refund. City of Tucson and state taxes were $75.23 for 14 days!!!!!!!! Most love this place, and I don't know why?

Great overnight campground which gladly accepts Passport America. Very clean, some traffic noise as it borders Business I10. Would gladly stay there again for an overnight or if I had business in the area.

This is a quiet, secure 55+ park that is maintained in excellent condition. It offers a wide array of activities and comprehensive facilities. The very large pool is maintained at 84 degrees and has a handicapped-assist-chair. There is a large seasonal community of park models. A small percentage live here year round. The park is divided into pet and non-pet sections. We have stayed here off and on over the past eight years. As the years have passed, the average age of the people staying here has increased. This park is beginning to take on the appearance of a retirement community. The WiFi is provided by Tengo Net, and we find our connection being frequently dropped during peak usage periods. It is also maddeningly slow.
